This book covers not only the witch hunts in Europe but it also takes a look at the inner workings of witchcraft such as the Sabbaths, methods, and other ways of European witchcraft. This book is recommended because it's perspective is not from the Anglo-Saxon view, which has caused information of what witchcraft is to be blurred. Bengt Ankarloo has taught at Lund University while Gustav Henningsen has worked the Danish Folklore Archives in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This book goes into detail about the philosophies behind Wicca as well as it's practices. It touches on things such as grounding and meditation. It gives a solid explanation of what Wicca is and some of things that Wiccans incorporate into their religion. This book is recommended because it offers informative information on Wicca in an easy to comprehend way. Thea Sabin has a masters in education and has taught high school English and Theater.

Buckland, Raymond. Buckland's Complete Book of Witchcraft. Minnesota. Llewellyn Publications. 2002. Print.

This books explains some of the different sects of witchcraft such the Dianic Tradition and the Alexandrian Tradition. It also has chapters on herbs and ceremonial practice. This book is recommended because it touches on some of the different kinds of witchcraft and what they do specifically. Raymond Buckland has been interested in the occult for sixty years and has lectured at universities as well as being in newspapers and magazine articles.

Pita, Maria Isabel. A Concise Guide to Ancient Egypt's Magic & Religion. Medieval Institutions Publications. 2009. Print.

This book takes a look into ancient Egypt's magic and religion. It goes into to describe the meaning on symbols such as the Ankh and the Eye of Horus as well as Gods and Goddesses. This book is recommended because it touches on the ancient Egyptian culture's use of magic which could be considered witchcraft. Maria Isabel is a best selling author and has written women's fiction books.

Forst, Timon and Upham, Caroline. SALEM WITCHES Hysteria & Tragedy (Annotated). 2012. Print

This book goes over what happened during the Salem Witch Trials. It looks into details about the amount of kills and who was killed. It also looks into the reason as to why it all happened. This book is recommended because it investigates the Salem Witch Trails and gives important details relating to the time and events. Timon Forst has revised this book, which was originally wrote by Caroline Upham, to be less tedious and more informative.

This site contains material relating to both Wicca and witchcraft. It does a good job at describing the basics of Wicca and dispelling common myths from within and outside of Wicca  Not only that but it touches on things like god and goddess worship, oaths, and other information those new to Wicca should know. This site is recommended because it offers a generous amount of information on Wicca that is easy to understand. Rose Evylyn was from a Catholic family and eventually transitioned to becoming a wiccan. She has also earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology.

Circle of Aradia is a site that is dedicated to Dianic Wicca. It offers education in the way of Dianic witchcraft, how to cast a circle, etc. Circle of Aradia explains how it corporate feminist ideals into it's practice. This site is recommended because it gives specific attention Dianic Wicca as a path instead of just Wicca in general. Circle of Arcadia was co-founded by Ruth Barrett who became a high priest on October 31 1980.

The Witches' Voice is a community website that hosts a variety of articles and essays pertaining to the different aspects of the pagan religions and community to help educate those seeking information on the subject. A few examples being information of pagan holidays like Yule, Imbolc, and Samhain. This source is recommended due to the large amount information it has and the large input of individual perspectives it offers. The Witches' Voice is a proactive educational network that provide news and other information on and for Pagans, Heathens, Witches, and Wiccans.

African American Wiccan society provides information of what Wicca is, a little bit of history on Wicca during the early years it come out in America, and how some African American women were drawn to the practice. It also goes into some detail on African pagan civilizations. This site is recommended because it gives an African American view on what Wicca and Paganism is. AAW Society seeks to enlighten all, especially African Americans, who seek a pagan approach to their spirituality.

Hecate's Cauldron takes a more narrow view and focuses more on The Goddess and female aspect of witchcraft. This site is recommended because it shows a more specific and popular way of how some perform witchcraft. Lady Hecate is a a Third Degree, Elevated High Priestess in both the Gardnerian and Alexandrian forms of Wicca.

From acupuncture to herbal healing, All Things Healing has an abundant amount of information for viewers to read up on. This site is recommended because it has information on healing through varies methods such acupuncture and herbal tea, it also has a bit of information on Shamanism. All Things Healing is dedicated to providing knowledge on healing, be it spiritual, mind, or body.

This site is recommended because it offers information on Shamanism, a practice that has little information on it widely known. The FSS seeks to help preserve and teach the knowledge of Shamanism.

This site is recommended because it contains information of Celtic Wicca and witchcraft. Joelle is a practicing pagan as well as a Certified Nursery Professional.

This site is recommended because it contains information written by an actual practitioner of the religion who has been through extensive studying on the religion. Angela Idizol is a high priestess who has studied Haitian Voodoo and founded Le Peristyle Haitian Sanctuary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
